File an email into its project folder in SharePoint, with its attachments, without leaving Outlook.

Please include the Diagnostics screen: in Outlook, open Pigeonhole, press the menu button at the top of the pane and choose Diagnostics. It reports the build, the Outlook it is running in, the Mailbox requirement set and anything the security policy refused.
